For Every Nominee
Being nominated for a Coachies award is a big deal — and we want to help you make noise about it. Every nominee has access to optional exposure packages designed to amplify your nomination across your brand, your social platforms, and your community.
After nomination, nominees can choose optional promotional packages to announce, celebrate, and amplify their recognition.
The Judging Process
Fair, unbiased judging.
Every category has two paths to recognition: the Top 4 AI-scored finalists, evaluated against a weighted rubric for each category, and the Community Choice winner — determined by public vote. The Community Choice winner automatically earns the fifth Top 5 spot. If the Community Choice winner is already in the Top 4, all five spots go to the highest AI scores.
Every nomination is evaluated against a custom-built rubric specific to that award category. Each question in the application carries a defined weight — meaning the factors that matter most count more. This structured approach ensures that judges aren't guessing what's important; they're evaluating against a precise, pre-defined standard built for that category.
Each nomination is independently scored by three separate AI models — Claude, GPT-4, and Gemini — simultaneously and without knowledge of each other's scores. The final score is a weighted average across all three models, eliminating single-judge bias entirely.
Because every nomination is scored by AI against an objective rubric, no coach is advantaged by who they know, how large their audience is, or how loudly they campaign. The coach with 500 followers gets the same rigorous, impartial evaluation as the coach with 500,000.

7:00 PM Eastern — Top 5 Finalists and Community Choice winners announced live on YouTube. The Inaugural Coachies Awards Ceremony.
